MPC Holding took part in the 14th “Career Days”, as a partner, an event which will be held in Genex Impuls Hall in Novi Beograd on 10 and 11 April 2008.

All interested visitors had an opportunity to receive answers to their questions in direct communication with the employees of the HR Sector at an MPC Holding stand regarding career opportunities, employment procedures, etc. In this way, the visitors could become potential candidates for jobs in MPC Holding. Professions in greatest demand include economists, traffic engineers, machine engineers, organizational science engineers for a wide range of professions available at MPC Holding.
For this year’s Career Days, MPC Holding has also prepared a unique concept in which the interested participants were able to demonstrate their knowledge and abilities. There were two creative workshops – one for economists/managers and the other for traffic/technical professionals. The groups consisted of 20 participants. Within limited time and with given guidelines, they were required to solve the problems related to a particular case study. The selection process for employment seekers was based on the results of the presentation for a particular MPC Holding company to which the particular business situation relates.
