ADVANCED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
3 modules of 6 days, May – September 2009, Belgrade
Following the initiative of MPC Holding, one of the leading companies in the field of investment and trade in the countries of Southeast Europe, and the efforts of IEDC-Bled School of Management, the leading international business school in the Region and one of the most renowned in Europe, to upgrade the management education quality standards in Central and South-Eastern Europe, Advanced Management Program, an intensive management development program, was developed for the business people from Serbia. The Advanced Management Program is the first IEDC educational program held in Serbia.
The Advanced Management Program (AMP) is fine-tuned to the needs of managers from South-Eastern Europe and especially adjusted to the business environment of Republic of Serbia. The seminar is designed to improve the overall level of management- and leadership knowledge and skills and is mainly intended for managers who are moving from a functional to strategic level of their responsibilities; a special emphasis will be given to crisis management.
The AMP participants will be taught by renowned international professors with significant experience in executive education and consulting, coming from IEDC and some of the most prestigious European and North American business schools. The teaching approach includes lectures, case studies, invited speakers, group exercises and discussions, input based on the experience of classmates, as well as personal reflection.
The Advanced Management Program will start on 4 May 2009 and last for 18 days, delivered in compact, modular form (3 six-day modules) over the period of four months, allowing for the participation of busy managers; it will conclude on 19 September 2009.
