Mr. Petar Matic established MPC in 1989 as a retail company with three employees. Thanks to good performance and business expansion, in 1991 the company expanded to wholesale. Over the next ten years, we developed a retail network and received licenses to represent many international brands. Having achieved success in the field of trade, we started to look for new challenges and opportunities.
The company focused on property development and entered a new development phase in 2002 by the construction of MPC Plaza, a business facility that received many rewards. Our business policy has thus focused on a clearly defined goal – average is not good enough for us, we seek to maximize efficiency. We hire experts, we educate our employees and want our portfolio to make a difference to the image of our capital.
We operated as MPC Group until 2006. when we reorganized and became MPC Holding.
