„Santa’s Sleigh“ reaches kids in children’s homes all over the country

(Belgrade, 18 December 2007) On  22 December 2007 (Saturday), MPC Holding will give away New Year presents to children accommodated in the home "Dr Nikola Šumenković"  in Stamnica near Petrovac na Mlavi, within humanitarian campaign Santa’s Sleigh organized for the fifth time in a row by "Little Big People".

The purpose of the campaign “Santa’s Sleigh” is providing joy to children in the homes across Serbia. Isolated and almost forgotten they are not only on social margins but on geographical, too. These are homes located in faraway place people rarely go to and the goal was to help socialize with children and give them love and attention to prove that they have not been entirely forgotten. Children with special needs are the same as other children and also have a right to happiness and love.

In MPC Holding they said: "We wanted to help those that are far from the public eye, those we rarely remember but who are also entitled to be happy. We hope that with this campaign some of the holiday spirit will reach them...and that we shall bring smiles back on their faces".
